Booked a routine eye exam and walked out paying over $230, which was a huge surprise. Be aware that OCT scans were automatically performed and added as an extra charge, but this was never clearly disclosed beforehand. If someone books a regular eye exam, there should be transparency around what is included and what costs extra. What bothered me most wasn’t even the cost — it was the lack of communication. Fabulous experience here with my mother-in-law, who has been a patient for years. We live out of the province and MIL can’t get to the clinic on her own to pick up her glasses once they’ll be ready. Without hesitation, staff made arrangements to personally deliver them. We’re so grateful for such incredible and compassionate service.
