My eyes need special care ever since I was a toddler. Brooklin Optometric Centre has been taking care of our whole family and they go above and beyond providing professional care, making us feel appreciated and taken care of. The staff is very professional, caring, the premises are clean. I would definitely recommend to all who expect the best.
Always a great experience! Dr. Pui-yee Ho and staff are always very accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. My family has always felt comfortable and well cared for. We usually buy our glasses at the time of our appointment because we know the quality and fit will be excellent. Also they give great advice when it comes to helping you choose the perfect frame and have never pressured us into buying from them. I would highly recommend.
Through recommendation from a close friend of mine, as well as a colleague, I made an appointment to see Dr. Ho to have my eyes checked. It has been many, many years since the last time I had my eyes checked so I was quite nervous about what to expect as well as concerned about the health of my eyes. I've been going here for my eye exams for years and each time I leave I tell myself to never go there again but then 2 years later I say to myself that maybe this time they’ll be more pleasant. And then they are not. The vibe with the staff here is just off. They seem miserable, not friendly and I feel unwelcome each time I'm there. Just a cold and uncomfortable vibe.
