I have never reviewed anything but today I witnessed the most rude interaction between clinic employee named Shelley and a patient. She was mean and condescending and loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. She was absolutely disgusting and absolutely unhelpful. Not to mention that on my arrival she didn’t even acknowledge my presence at her little station and ignored my existence. This clinic is going through a lot of transitions and a little kindness is not asking for a lot
I have been a patient at Brooklin medical for over ten years and my partner has been a patient over 30. We used to have Dr. Derrick and now see Dr Lam. We can’t say enough good things about the attention and care our entire family has received from all staff at this clinic, including the reception and desk staff. Sometimes I wonder if anyone actually works at this office. Everytime I call I have a minimum wait period of 4 weeks to speak with my doctor. Finally get a chance to talk to them, get tests ran, and the results are a 15 Second call back from a nurse stating "diet and exercise" then they rush to get off the phone, refusing to answer questions. So i call back and I'm told "there's an appointment available in 5 weeks". Is this what we are taxed for?
