Shit I waited 1 hour to get in
This place has gone down hill after the change from Brooklin Medical centre to this Well Health Medical. I live at the lake and could and have done & Have drove there faster to make an appointment than to wait on the phone, also I can't book online as it tells me I already have a uncomming appt-( That I do not have) This place needs help, I feel sorry for the elderly people trying to navigate this broken system! My Dr is amazing she is the only reason I'm still there!
My experience at Brooklin Medical Centre was unacceptable, largely due to the receptionist seated to the left upon entry. As a first-time patient, I stood at the desk waiting to be acknowledged and was met with a cold, dismissive attitude. Every appointment I've tried to make here in the last couple years has been cancelled by them, even if it was booked weeks in advance. Before that, all phone appointments I had were followed through extremely late - as in, 45 mins to an hour past the scheduled time. I do not believe there is any standard of care being upheld here.
