Dr Jennifer joucas was amazing! I got into to see her same day with very very bad shoulder pain. Its 75% better the next day. The entire staff I interacted with was sweet and friendly. Im looking forward to going back.

I have been a patient for over 40 years had nothing but excellent care felt we were all family as I has had three children treated excellently by doctor cairns my children were birthed by her. I can not understand how this place has gone downhill so absolutely fast. They are rude, appointments months away, the blood clinic is useless, you can’t get thru to doc office on phone and they don’t listen to you it’s an absolute waste of time I can’t go to urgent care cause they’ll take me off my doc list, to renew prescriptions tak... read more
