I’ve been coming here for many years and while I’ve been happy with my specific doctor, every other aspect of this place is less than desirable. It’s next to impossible to get through on the phone, the waiting room times for the nurse practitioner and specialist I’ve seen here were unnecessarily long. The waiting room is very shabby and the nurse I spoke to on the phone recorded incorrect information in my file because she needs to work on her listening skills. I have been a patient at Brooklin medical for over ten years and my partner has been a patient over 30. We used to have Dr. Derrick and now see Dr Lam. We can’t say enough good things about the attention and care our entire family has received from all staff at this clinic, including the reception and desk staff. Emily the receptionist has always been very helpful and is very accommodating and friendly. Can't say enough about Dr. Roya Firouzabadi...very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this place enough!
Staff are nice but the rooms, reception areas are so worn out and dirty. Dust everywhere, are they renovating? I don’t know if this is because the Brooklin Medical Centre is now a WELL Centre but everything looks forgotten, unkept and unclean. It’s sad
My mom has been seeing Dr McAllister for many years. She is a very patient and compassionate doctor and very thorough. Shelley is amazing at the front desk. Great energy and treats the patients with kindness and respect - very cheerful and chats with everyone! Pleasant office overall, great experience
