Bait and switch advertising - the Craiglist ad dated today said they had 1 bedrooms for \$905. My mother went in person to see the place, and they wanted \$1300! The woman said it was an old ad. When my mom busted out her tablet and showed her the ad was dated today the landlord said Oh it s supply and demand, I can charge what I want, why don t you look for housing at the welfare apartments across the street? Disgusting behavior. I had to post this interaction and get the word out, I am so appalled.

If you are single, this will do. But if you have a family, please, pay the higher price and dont even think of staying here. The apartments are old, the appliances are circa 70s, the laundry rooms are disgusting, the bathroom is antiquated and constantly needs maintenance and snow removal is the worst!

Their "24 maintenance" is the worse, nothing gets repair... there was a water leak from the 2nd Fl apartment it damage the ceiling on the 1st Fl creating brown water spots in the kitchen and hallway. This happen 4 months after I moved in... is being more that 6 months and they havent repair the spots, I called then 3 weeks after the insident and they told me that their maintenance crew was working repairing some roofs... months had pass by and nothing, but yeah ! someone from the office came to give me the renewal of my leas... read more
