Truly lovely manicured gardens and lush landscaping. The Georgian buildings are beautiful. A gem in Bronxville.

One of the worst places to live, rules after rules which makes everything impossible including renovating your apartment. The super gossips to other share holders about others, which is disrespectful. VERY long cockroaches all over the basements which travel up, and so many others issues. Don’t forget the noise of both highways surrounding your building, and the motorcycles racing down the highway at all time of the night. I would look elsewhere.

We were renting a place about a mile away, and never seemed to notice this beautiful co-op that sits a block away from downtown Bronxville. We've lived at Brooklands for five years, and as we walk up the driveway from wherever in town we just were, we still talk about how lucky we are to live here. It's a 7ish minute walk to the MetroNorth train station and a 3-10 minute walk to some of Bronxville's greatest restaurants, shops, and cafes. The super gossips to other share holders about others, which is disrespectful, there are inch long cockroaches all over the basements which travel up, and so many others issues. BEWARE!!! This is not a comfortable place to live. Please note that the highway noise can be heard in all apartments, especially if you’re not on the bug infected bottom floors.
