Worst customer service ever I have 2 units paid one today other was planning next week fine a lock is on it wasn't planning to access it but my gate code is tied to both so I'm locked out of unit that is paid in good standing was i informed of this no I wasn't and after 2 phone calls to mgr and supervisor I was told tough luck. again great customer service have had units here for 3yrs well no more. I'll find another place.

I was referred by another satisfied customer. I was able to secure a unit that day. The property is well maintained, very clean and secure. I appreciated the ability to communicate via calls, texts and emails when needed and the pricing was fair. Blake and Randy are professional, but very kind and respectful. The access to property is secure and there is plenty of space to maneuver large trailers or moving trucks. Outstanding service as soon as we walked in the door the first time! We are new to the Brookland area and needed extra storage. Their climate controlled storage was exactly what we needed! Very nice and well kept facility all around! We highly recommend!
