Very easy process to be able to rent from your phone or home computer and have immediate access to your storage. They called the next day to check on us and offered products that we might would need for our storage unit. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Worst customer service ever I have 2 units paid one today other was planning next week fine a lock is on it wasn't planning to access it but my gate code is tied to both so I'm locked out of unit that is paid in good standing was i informed of this no I wasn't and after 2 phone calls to mgr and supervisor I was told tough luck. again great customer service have had units here for 3yrs well no more. I'll find another place.
