As a long-time resident of Brookland Gardens, I highly recommend this apartment complex. It's spacious and safe. The building super, Saul, is incredibly helpful and always does a great job! He maintains the buildings/ apartments well.
I have been living at Brookland Gardens for over 20 years, and I highly recommend Brookland Gardens. The property is safe and well maintained by our superintendent (Saul). Saul is very attentive and timely with all requests. He takes good care of the grounds. Saul is definitely an asset for Brookland Gardens. Paula
Saul is the greatest super around. Him & Vicki have brought in quality neighbors. Anything that needs to be fixed Saul with fix right away. Love this place.
Brookland garden is a nice and friendly complex to live in. The super Saul is the best he make sure when something need to be fixed he right there when you call and always come quick he make sure that its nothing on the grounds everday and espically when it snows in the winter Saul get up and make sure the steps and walk way and driveway is cleaned so people can get threw a very nice super Gwen
