Nice place to live. Quiet, friendly neighbors. If u need anything fix maintenance person Saul he is awesome very helpful. He keeps the place nice and clean.

As a long-time resident of Brookland Gardens, I highly recommend this apartment complex. It's spacious and safe. The building super, Saul, is incredibly helpful and always does a great job! He maintains the buildings/ apartments well.
