Scheduled a tour for 1pm on Saturday. Tried to contact the leasing office to 1) confirm the appoint and 2) ask for directions to it as the layout is complicated. Nobody answered the phone, finally made it and the office was closed even though on the door hours were posted stated closing wasn't until 2pm. I e-mailed about the matter and never got a response back. Ive been living here for 3 years. Love the community
I lived here this past year and it was truly amazing. Clean building, always smelled great, so quick to help whenever I had an issue. Would always go above and beyond to accommodate any needs! Truly is the best place to live in Columbia, SC!
Maintenance is always super friendly and always available to help!
I am not one to ever leave reviews but this needs escalated and discussed. I have been a resident at the brookland apartments for 2 years. The elevator has become a major issue . It goes down every couple months and leaves you having to take the steps for weeks. The last occurrence took 3 weeks to fix and when finally fixed broke down a day later. There is no backup elevator in the building and if you carry heavy items to your apartment or have any type of physical ailment you are sol. For paying $2400 in rent I expect more ... read more
