I absolutely loved living at Brookland! The staff was very kind and any maintenance problem I had was addressed immediately. When I first moved in, I was needing a place immediately due to an emergency and they worked with me quickly and got everything handled and ready for me to move in within a few days. My boyfriend and I have lived at Brookland apartments for about 4 years in total (different apartments and buildings within Brookland). We have mixed feelings. Pros: Location is great: Riverwalk, Savage Craft, 5 mins from our work Cons: -NOISE: the walls are PAPER THIN. I hear upstairs neighbors simply walking, ceiling floor boards (?) squeak, and there is always a thumping sound through our walls... We love the community of Brookland/4West! The location is perfect, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we love the welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this apartment community!
