My boyfriend and I have lived at Brookland apartments for about 4 years in total (different apartments and buildings within Brookland). We have mixed feelings. Pros: Location is great: Riverwalk, Savage Craft, 5 mins from our work Cons: -NOISE: the walls are PAPER THIN. I hear upstairs neighbors simply walking, ceiling floor boards (?) squeak, and there is always a thumping sound through our walls... Great area and place to live!!
We love the community of Brookland/4West! The location is perfect, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we love the welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this apartment community!
Wonderful location that's walkable to a lot of great restaurants in the area and the riverwalk. The girls in the office are also always helpful and maintenance is on top of it. I highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a residence near downtown.
Awesome location close to downtown. Great community amenities.
