The management office has been incredibly helpful and responsive since day one. They made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Shellie and her friendly staff, quick maintenance, and great communication—couldn’t ask for more in a rental experience!
UPDATE: I recently moved out and was very surprised by how demanding the move-out process was. The cleaning checklist provided was extensive and not shared during move-in. Despite thoroughly cleaning the apartment from top to bottom, I was charged $30 per area ($90) for baseboards and floors—items that were not even listed in the move-out checklist. Zero stars. The worst staff out of any apartment complex in Columbia. Managers are useless and rude. I recommend you stay elsewhere.
Scheduled a tour for 1pm on Saturday. Tried to contact the leasing office to 1) confirm the appoint and 2) ask for directions to it as the layout is complicated. Nobody answered the phone, finally made it and the office was closed even though on the door hours were posted stated closing wasn't until 2pm. I e-mailed about the matter and never got a response back.
