I got the most amazing set of nails I have ever had here. I got a fill to replace the last set I got from a different salon. I made an appointment and showed up a bit early and I got seated immediately (I understand this doesn't and can't always happen, but it was a nice surprise). Prices were standard and reasonable, the staff were kind and professional, and the atmosphere was nice. 2 out of 5 stars We had an appointment for three manicures and pedicures, but despite scheduling ahead, only one technician did all three manicures, which meant we had to wait for each other. I didn’t even get started until 30 minutes after my appointment time. The manicure itself was rushed and incomplete. My niece’s nails were only filed and then painted - there was no cuticle care or massage. Terrible service today! The guy had no idea how to do his job. I came home with a bloody nail, and I was still charged for it! I even asked to have my nail polish removed because it looked terrible. I’m so disappointed that I spent $112 today for this experience.
