Consistently unimpressed by the level of care here in every aspect.
Sat in the Emergency Room with my 2 year old son extremely sick and upset. Our nurse (Morgan) had been extremely dismissive and rude. Don’t even get me started on the receptionist named Shelby. Never heard of a receptionist being able to walk away from a patient in the middle of a sentence because she’s frustrated a 2 year old can’t even stand due to being sick. I recently delivered my baby in the birthing center and had nothing short of a great experience from arrival to departure! Dr. Bennis was our doctor throughout my pregnancy but was out of town when we delivered sadly. She was amazing through my pregnancy and I would recommend her to everyone! Elsa was our nurse who helped us get settled and informed us of all that we needed to know, as we were induced. She was very kind and welcoming! We later had Andrea as our nurse through the high majority of our stay and she was amazing!... read more
