I lived at Brookhurst Place for a year, and overall, it was a great experience. The management team was outstanding—Chloe and Reggie, in particular, went above and beyond to address my needs and handle maintenance requests efficiently. I have enjoyed my time at Brookhurst Place immensely. Units: The units are beautiful. They have updated and nice furnishings (I.e. cabinets, appliances, etc), yet the simplistic design and light colors allow for you to really customize the space to your liking. The storage provided is great and the layout is open and perfect!! The air condition and water pressure here works insanely well too! Great place to live! Right next to a 7/11 and right in between Korea Town and Little Saigon, so there's a lot of great food in the area. Had everything I needed from in-room washer and dryer to a small gym to get my fitness in when I'm too lazy to go to my subscribed gym. Neighbors are pretty quiet and even when they aren't, the sound insulation is pretty good. Amazing water pressure and hot water is actually hot, not luke warm!
