I have been here for around 3 years now and have so many good things to say about this place. Units are spacious and modern. The location of Brookhurst place is awesome and close to so many great restaurants and down the street from a Costco. I use the gym and pool frequently and they are always well kept. The staff are timely and easy to work with. They try to address any issues as soon as possible. I’ve been a living here for the past three years and cannot say enough good things about Brookhurst Place. Units are spacious and modern at a reasonable price considering the location of this complex. The staff members on site are kind and patient and willing to help with any issues that might come up. They address any maintenance concerns usually within a day and have security that keeps the grounds safe. Added bonus for having a great gym, pool, and clubhouse! Have lived here for about a year and have greatly enjoyed it. The location is amazing and rent is reasonable. Units are modern, spacious and appliances work well especially the in-unit washer/dryer!! Maintenance is on top of it when you need them. Parking is ample, have never really been worried about it. The staff have been quick and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or concerns. I have been here for about a year and it has been amazing! The units are beautiful and are reasonably priced, especially in comparison to comparative apartments in the area. The location is awesome, walking distance from a lot of great Korean restaurants and a short drive from markets and Costco.
