I love the way they took good care of my babie (Spice) she means the world to us,my kids, and my grandkids its an awesome place to bring fur babies and the staff always makes you feel comfortable
start with conservative treatment instead of automatically scaring owners into xrays and labs. My elderly dog had a malignant tumor removed and patho showed an expected lifetime of 5 more years. Which would be his expected life expectancy with good health and his age. I took him for follow up 6 months later and They had me in tears thinking my dog is at death's door. Took my pup to have surgery and when we went to pick him up he was all nasty and also when I called to check up on him they told me he was ready whenever we were. When I was told i was gonna get a call to let me know when to pick him up. He must’ve been waiting for us for hours and no call to let us know how he was I had to call twice to check up on him. Don’t think I’ll be taking any of my animals back.
Being new to town I was quite nervous about finding a new local vet. We saw Dr Swanberg and fell in love! She is so passionate about these animals and gives top notch treatment! We have found our new vet! Thank you for being so amazing!
In the past, I haven’t had the best experiences at brookhollow since the passing of Dr. Don. That all changed yesterday when I took my baby girl in, fearing the worst resorting to them because they were an hour and half closer than our “normal” vet. After discussing options, treatment, prognosis and future quality of life, I made the decision to help my baby girl cross the rainbow bridge escaping her pain and illness.
