do not recommend living here. most of these reviews say that new management is great which is false. they are actually worse than before. the front management are rude and pick and choose which maintenance request they choose to do in a timely manner. the management not only ignore request they ignore calls, ignore emails, rude when you do answer the phone. they talk about making the place better with community projects like repainting or remodeling but never talk about the real issues in these buildings. they have a german ... read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to give a shoutout to Ceecee, the new manager at Brookhollow Apartments. Since she took over, you can tell she genuinely cares about both the property and the residents. Any time I've had a question or concern, she's been professional, responsive, and willing to help. It's refreshing to have a manager who actually follows up and makes you feel heard instead of just brushing things off. Management is awful, the place always has trash everywhere. The water is turned off all the time at random times. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. They did recently get new management and did away with the two trashy ones they had there. I really hope the new one does well there and can turn it around. It really could be a great place with the right people running it, and actually being in the office during office times. Seriously though I wish the new manager all the luck in the world.

Very nice apartments ! Good price nice area well maintained and the new manager is very sweet and helpful I’m very impressed and satisfied
