I wasn't going to EVER review this place but I killed my 8th waterbug last night upstairs and I'm exhausted with living here. This place has an uncontrollable roach and ant problem. The exterminator comes every 2 weeks and there are still roaches and ants. I dont cook anything in my apartment and there are roaches out in the day and night just crawing around. There are skylights in some of the apartments and large water bugs can come through them because they are poorly maintained. I've killed 8 in one month upstairs alone. ... read more

Update: The rent of course increased as expected we had to look elsewhere because we felt that with the increase nothing was being updated our unit had nothing done we lived here for 10-11 years. The pool was always dirty the hot tub really never worked. Olivia has always been a sweetheart she always took time to listen and made sure my work orders were done. The maintenance crew Marcelino and Richard always took care of us. If they had made improvements when rent was raised maybe we would have stayed. We have lived her for ... read more

I would gladly give 10 stars to Mr. Kevin, the building manager. He helped me a lot with renting the apartment and was extremely professional, respectful, and supportive throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. The apartments are very clean and very quiet, and the building itself is beautiful — living here truly feels like being in a story. I highly recommend both Mr. Kevin and this wonderful building
