Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!! These are the worst apartments ever!!! Been out here for three years. My first two years were ok but this third year has been pure hell! Constant rats & lizards infestation! Management doen't fix anything! My kitchen cabinet has been down since February 2020 I have told them numerous of times and nobody has done a thing! The air constantly goes out and I have a newborn baby but the only thing management cares about is "Rent"! PLEASE AVOID THE RAGGEDY ASS APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
brookhaven has some bad tentants . tentants blasting music kids running around crazy adults not supervising their kids kids throwing rocks in the pool not putting away trash properly walls are very thin if u wont a quiet place to live Brookhaven isn the place
