If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Brookhaven suicidal and have returned home suicidal. Do not attempt to get help at Brookhaven, they are not fit to help people. Now I’m relying on family, outpatient therapy and the suicide hotline from the trauma I experienced at Brookhaven.
Beyond disappointing experience and fortunately got help after leaving this scam of a place. I went here this past year (2017). The treatment facility is not holistic - although they claim to be. The grounds are beautiful but the restrictions in relation to enjoying them is humiliating and unnecessary due to the fact this a retreat not a hospital.
