Everyone was wonderful during my consultation, from the woman at the reception desk, to Ailene (sp) who took all my pictures and x-rays to Ibette who explained the various orthodontic and financial options - Dr. Cox took the time to be sure I knew my individual options and expected outcomes. He welcomed my questions and answered them thoroughly. All in a all a great experience. Looking forward to beginning treatment.
Exceptional care every visit! Dr. Cox, Ibette and the entire staff go above and beyond! We moved 3 hours away and still make the drive. My boy’s love Dr. Cox and all his friendly staff! I highly recommend them !!!!
Consultation went well. Doctor Cox and the staff were friendly and courteous. They made my 8 year old feel at ease and addressed all of my concerns.
I had a previous bad experience at another clinic, so I was careful this time. But here, from the first visit, I felt more confident. They checked everything properly before starting treatment instead of jumping straight into braces.
Our family has had a great experience with the staff. Dr. Cox recommended a solution to correct overcrowding of teeth for a family member that turned out excellent and as expected. I highly recommend them.
