Our family has had a great experience with the staff. Dr. Cox recommended a solution to correct overcrowding of teeth for a family member that turned out excellent and as expected. I highly recommend them.
I now see why there are tons of great reviews on this practice when we have had 2 good appointments in the last 10 months. I thought *I can’t possibly be the only one who’s had a subpar experience* amongst all the glowing reviews. Now I see why… when I gave low scores and feedback it only sent Feedback to the practice. I appreciate Dr. Cox addressing any concerns and questions I had. His staff is always extremely friendly and professional. The text reminders up to one hour before your appointment are greatly appreciated!!!!
I have always had a fantastic experience with The Brookhaven Orthodontists Practice, for my 2 teenagers and myself. Happy with the results and pricing. The staff is wonderful and always seem to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Very happy to recommend.
Dr. Cox is amazing! He is so witty, wise, and you can tell he loves people. It is easy to get an appointment that fits your schedule. It feels like family.
