The new office is so beautiful. Dr. Cox and Dr. Cohen are the best orthodontist ever. People always tell me I have a million dollar smile and I thank them so much. Great assistance at both locations and beautiful front desk staff. The management and treatment coordinator are awesome. I had an excellent experience at my consultation with Brookhaven Orthodontics. Dr. Cox was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional while also being approachable and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. I recently got bottom braces at the Alpharetta Brookhaven Orthodontics location. The office is beautiful!!! The staff was wonderful from my check-in to getting my braces on. I brought up a minor concern I had to Dr. Cox and he made sure to talk through a solution for me. When I went to checkout, the staff very quickly reached out to insurance for coverage on the service we added. I was literally still in the parking lot when they called me with an update! Looking forward to continuing my treatment here!
The Johns Creek office is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and so welcoming! The aesthetics get a chef’s kiss! The entire team is amazing, full of smiles, and radiates positive energy. Dr. Cox and his team are caring, thorough, and take the time to ensure every question is answered and every possibility is explained before you leave. Such a great team, and I’m truly looking forward to my journey with them!
I came after having another consultation and was thrown for a very pleasant loop that he made me feel justified and was honest. He many not be making money from me, but I will always tell everyone in the 30022 area what an amazing doctor he is and will go back if I need to!
