I had a patient I am. HHA for in this place . The ER staff were good but once on the floor . The staff was mixed most nursing were good . The orderly were friendly and helpful but the cnas not so much . Not all but most . The environmental staff was so so . Only seen them once a day . But the main reason for a 2 star rating. Is that that sent DNR paperwork of a different patient mixed in with my patient. I thought I was doing the right thing by calling and telling them . I just got a rip it and shred it response. The staff and providers were great.
I was taken here by ambulance, everyone was great ! If you’re expecting a Marriott room at an ER then you’re crazy. According to a lot of these comments on this website I think a lot of people wanted narcotic pain relief instead of what they administered to you. Unless it is absolutely needed they’re not just going to give a pill to make you “ feel “ good if you know what I mean.
