Try returning phone calls. Also..it's over two weeks... you guys failed to request my insurance co. For my needed mri and sonogram... colonoscopy... worst ran office. And April replied to me, only after my general dr. Called her, she said she'd request the following test...my insurance company said, you guys never requested. Just poor communication n poorly ran office.
