Very disappointing office. Was at apt on Thursday. Dr said they would call me on Friday and send my prescriptions to pharmacy. No call and no meds. So now will be without my blood pressure and thyroid meds till Monday. Ridiculous
want to recognize Mark Rugpick, a nurse at NYU Langone Suffolk in New York, for the incredible compassion and care he showed my father during two separate ER visits. My dad had stage 4 lung cancer that had already spread to his liver, and while he was in the hospital it spread further to his stomach and spine. Everything happened very quickly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Came to the office for a CPE, they did not run an EKG which is a very important screening tool especially with someone who has a extensive cardiac family history. They also would not run certain labs because they felt they were unecessary, however I am a physician assistant and they were 100% warranted for my symptoms and concerns. However, they did run an HIV panel without my knowledge or conset, and there was absolutely no indication for it whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS PCP.
I just came here for a leg injury and they are the kindest nicest staff and very attentive. Quick and professional service!!! This hospital is great, not sure why so many other negative reviews.
Worse of the worst!! Delayed care, severe neglect, unconsented radiology tests. Uninformed staff, Uninformed word salad doctors.
