It’s not all that big, but there’s a lot of animals to see.?you can spend a good part of the afternoon here.
Free! So much to do!
Go before 2pm to see the Bobcats and the Bears! Great for kids or the kid in you. The track is great for a nice walk or run too! It's my favorite place in Holtsville.
Fantastic place, somewhat of a well-kept secret, with a very nice trail for walking or running. I've seen deer, chipmunks, bunnies wandering around which makes the visit all the more interesting!
Well kept animals and nice playground
Excellent running trail beside the ecology park. If you're here in the afternoon, you can rehydrate with some soft-serve from the Mr. Softee truck parked outside the entrance to the petting zoo. Win!!
Safety town was a wonderful learning experience for the kids. Open rodeo June 21...have kids bring their bikes and helmets.
Closed on weekends till April.
