They asked that I get there 15 minutes before my appointment. Appointment was 12:45,I arrived at 12:30. I signed in and set down. In no time I was called up. Got my license taken care of and was back in my truck at12:46. Couldn’t have asked for any nicer people to deal with.
Better to make an appointment online if you can. I walked in, was 10th in line when they opened, took about 2 hours, their computer system is super slow which is most of the issue I think... but the employees were knowledgeable and polite.
Both times I have stopped by they have been nice.
Great people, professional, organized.
