Shalonda and her staff was amazing. Shalonda was very helping on any questions we had.We had other choices and other places to choose for our home but the exceptional customer service and the clean atmosphere and amazing upkeep of the property has allowed us to choose this property as our home. Would definitely recommend this property.
I can't say enough good things about Shalonda. She was always quick to answer when my elderly sister with health issues contacted her about anything she needed. When my sister passed away and her husband, who also had health issues, was relocated Shalonda was right there helping us through the moving process and tying up all the loose ends of canceling things.
