Worst apartments ever, heating doesn’t work, you can’t take a shower in peace because it switches to cold and hot randomly, some outlets don’t work. And it would be okay if they come fix it, but you call and call and call and nobody answers, maintenance never picks up either. Don’t rent here, waste of money.
If you want to waste your money, just rent from here. Broker agent is trying to make score, doesn’t care about your situation. Here is the problems we have - Mouse (7 times in 2 years) - Heater is explodes at least 2 times in every winter. Fix is taking 2+ days. - Walls are thin. You can talk with your neighbors. - Washer and dryers are not enough. Also it should not be luxury, I mean every apartment must have washer dryer in unit (typical NJ problem) - There is no AC system. The wall is completely not sound proof. You can hear everything from your neighbour. Never able to get peaceful sleep at night.
