I would not recommend these apartments. My aunt use to live here a couple of years ago. She was an elderly lady. She could never get them to repair anything. The apartments was not kept up. The maintenance people was not reliable and neither were the management staff. I was so glad when my aunt moved to Florida. I don’t think they cared about their residents and they were very racial discriminatory. Don’t recommend these apartments.

Brooke Haven Apartments are very well-maintained, spacious and the rent is very reasonable, we have a very niceManager that is always trying to make things nice for the tenets a very good maintenance man who is right on the spot if you need him very reliable
