Brookfield Terrace is now under NEW MANAGEMENT. There have been many changes and the improvements continue. The location is great. Also the property is all inclusive which is also good. So, I say give them a try!
Dont rent here. Its filthy, the rugs in the hallway have never been cleaned, if your lucky to have a carpeted hallway, first floor is just painted cement. Trash bin is awful, and never cleaned. Want to see how things are done, just look at the broken glass all over the parking lot.Manager is nice, but does nothing. There is a no dog policy, which must be ignored, because plenty have them.
