This place is a dump. I killed 6 mosquitos in my room the first night. If it wasn't for the Manager's Reception in the evening & the complimentary made to order breakfast, no one would ever stay here
They lost my shuttle Reservation so I waited an hour for the next scheduled pick up...it didn't come! When I called to check the status they said they had already left and couldn't come back.
Used to be great but now they have the worst front desk service with a care less attitude. The fountain bar also has very poor service and attitude and the managers reception is a joke
Ordered food....took over an hour to receive. Absolutely terrible!
The guest next door had a loud rendezvous with a prostitute, when I knocked on the door he told me he is the owner of the hotel and can do whatever he wants. Very unprofessional.
Great hotel and doesn't smell like cigarettes I'm a non smoker and I can't smell it. I hate cigarette smoke so take it from a pro great prices and very nice staff.
Don't expect too much from front desk service. The hotel is old and creaking, with in-room facilities breaking down or aged. If you're using glasses, make sure that you wash them thoroughly first.
This place looks like it hit its peak in the late 70s or early 80s.
Very caring staff.
