I have had a leaking basement for 8 months. No resolution in sight. I wouldn’t recommend. Photo is after their 3rd attempt to repair. I bought a home I can’t sell and I can’t use the basement or side yard.
Respond in a timely manner to warranty issues. This company has a C- rating with the BBB and does not seem to care too much for it's customers after the ink dries on the closing papers. I still have multiple warranty issues after reaching out to them for over a year and a half on some issues to get resolved.
