Braxton and Alyssa at the Brookfield at uplands were so thorough and helped my client immensely during their walkthrough. I am a resale owner of a Brookfield-built home in the Midtown Denver community (completed September 2016). My home has significant construction defects including siding separation, exterior deterioration, and active water intrusion at the sliding doors — defects consistent with issues that prompted a prior settlement for neighboring Brookfield properties in the same community. Was a pleasure working with Brookfield at Barefoot lakes from the agent perspective. Top to bottom first class treatment and service. Sales team in the models were always communicative and friendly. We worked mostly with Kathy (who is a delight!), but every time we saw anyone in the sales office, they were always helpful and kind. The build team specifically Luis and Cassy were exceptional.
