These guys have the worst customer service, they gave us “1 year warranty” and then just disappeared after all the issues we had. Our whole neighborhood hates them which is why they went out of business in Kansas City.
We spoke to an agent last year twice and she never called us back with the information we requested. Recently I went on their website to inquire about their homes (Enclave) and still no response. The number number that is on their webaite is not a working number.
Be very cautious if you proceed with any deals with this company. Look at all the reviews available carefully. We put money down and worked with the Sales Manager for 6 months on what we hoped would be our retirement home. We were within a month of closing when the Sales Manager stopped talking to us and wanted to use our Realtor for all communications.
