Brookfield Residences has been the worst renting experience I have ever had. We are a military family that was told that they had the military clause (which they will claim) in their lease, but once deployment orders were issued they refused to release us from the lease under the clause, instead they want to make a deal which involves me loosing my deposit and having to pay for everyday that my apartments is not occupied.
