In all honesty I rented from this company without looking at the reviews and I’m glad I did! Had I saw these reviews I would’ve said “no” to even contacting them. My process and the time I’ve been in my home has been great! When I call someone comes immediately! I did the walk thru with Les everything went great! Gary is my leasing consultant and he’s very communicative and understanding. If I call or put in an order it’s done immediately. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PEOPLE TO RENT FROM.. Rented us a house infested with rats! I have never done a review, but these people has to be stopped then when our lease end did our 90 day notice didn't bother to give our deposit BACK! We were clean people and I did a deep clean on the house when we moved his response was the walls were dirty. A BALD FACE LIE! Even got the yard done before we left. Don't rent with these people. I'm not even a tenant - but an electrician with the wrong address showed up to my house to fix a light. That would be no big deal - except he laid on my doorbell, banged on my door like he was a cop, and was actively trying to rip the locked security door open when I opened my door. I have never filled out an application and gave my personal information to a company and but never heard back from them. Communicate no matter what. Why I haven’t heard back? Either I got the house or not I should know. I texted Les Jones which was so into helping me get approved. Once they got my information I NEVER HEARD BACK. I would never apply to this company again or recommend this company. First impression is everything to me.
Horrible - no accountability whatsoever. It has been less than two months since our lease started and we have had several issues that have failed to be addressed in a timely manner. Please avoid this company.
