Don't rent with these people. I'm not even a tenant - but an electrician with the wrong address showed up to my house to fix a light. That would be no big deal - except he laid on my doorbell, banged on my door like he was a cop, and was actively trying to rip the locked security door open when I opened my door. I have never filled out an application and gave my personal information to a company and but never heard back from them. Communicate no matter what. Why I haven’t heard back? Either I got the house or not I should know. I texted Les Jones which was so into helping me get approved. Once they got my information I NEVER HEARD BACK. I would never apply to this company again or recommend this company. First impression is everything to me.
Horrible - no accountability whatsoever. It has been less than two months since our lease started and we have had several issues that have failed to be addressed in a timely manner. Please avoid this company.
Brookfield properties is a total rip off…My daughter rented a house in Bartlett 2 months ago and went through Les Jones who then said our contact person Teresa Blankenship. After paying rent on time my daughter and her two toddlers were evicted. After showing proof of rent being paid. after constant communication with Teresa Blankenship on the number provided she stopped answering her phone but before she stopped answering she said was the wrong number.
