Horrible - no accountability whatsoever. It has been less than two months since our lease started and we have had several issues that have failed to be addressed in a timely manner. Please avoid this company.
Brookfield properties is a total rip off…My daughter rented a house in Bartlett 2 months ago and went through Les Jones who then said our contact person Teresa Blankenship. After paying rent on time my daughter and her two toddlers were evicted. After showing proof of rent being paid. after constant communication with Teresa Blankenship on the number provided she stopped answering her phone but before she stopped answering she said was the wrong number. They have proof of payments Brookfield…will be contacting the news media... read more

The handymen are polite and do their best. That's the most positive thing I can credit to this company. I moved into a recently (and poorly) renovated house 3 yrs ago. - The AC was broken and it took them a month in May to get it fixed. - The extension they built on the shed in the backyard wasn't even remotely done right. Water seeped in and now the walls are covered in mold bc I called several times and never got anyone to come out to look at it. - The windows are probably originals and there might be one in the whole hous... read more
