Moved in Feb and the first night in no hot water, doorknobs don't properly closed, kitchen window did not lock a long with numerous other requests. Just last month the air went out, month before the patio needed fixing, now I've been contacting for over two weeks about a water leak and have received a very increased water bill as I've stated to the property manager Gary two weeks in a row! Horrible - no accountability whatsoever. It has been less than two months since our lease started and we have had several issues that have failed to be addressed in a timely manner. Please avoid this company. Edit - please see the attached photos. How do you guys want to try and respond to our kitchen roof being neglected and not fully examined and now resulting in a full collapse?? Again, please avoid this company for the love of God.

In all honesty I rented from this company without looking at the reviews and I’m glad I did! Had I saw these reviews I would’ve said “no” to even contacting them. My process and the time I’ve been in my home has been great! When I call someone comes immediately! I did the walk thru with Les everything went great! Gary is my leasing consultant and he’s very communicative and understanding. If I call or put in an order it’s done immediately. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PEOPLE TO RENT FROM.. Rented us a house infested with rats! I have never done a review, but these people has to be stopped then when our lease end did our 90 day notice didn't bother to give our deposit BACK! We were clean people and I did a deep clean on the house when we moved his response was the walls were dirty. A BALD FACE LIE! Even got the yard done before we left.
