Brookfield Properties deliberately destroyed Station Square. They bought the property back in 2018 paid the introductory loan payment and then realized they were not gonna make any money so they ran. Total cheapskates.
HORRIBLE! I lived there for 6 years and noticed they changed the lease date each time at renewal 2 months back! I spoke with management prior to moving and they told me when to submit my 30 day notice and I did exactly that! These CROOKS charged me an early move out charge of $1200 and kept my deposit!
This is how they allow their properties to be ran. Poor management, health and safety hazards, you never get a return call and the issues are NEVER fixed. Stay FAR AWAY! This is their hummingbird pointe property.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PROPERTY. Vendors and residents are both as risk for negligence, overdue payments and high fees. Shady company will report to the BBB.
