3 Years in- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Positives: rent compared to the area, large units Negatives: 1. Nasty leasing office staff who are VERY unprofessional. During the process, they were shouting on the phone, at each other, etc. Overall very rude. DEMAND to see the actual unit youll be renting- they told us the unit certain things only to walk in and find it entirely different. HORRIBLE - GO ELSE WHERE THE worst customer service I’ve dealt with at a rental complex. We’ve been complaining about the AC being broken for over 4 years. Same BS excuse and same procedure everytime. I’ve provided pictures and proof and still no solution. They lie and give you false hope so If I could put 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE. There are plenty of other places to live. It’s 80 effing degrees inside the apartment and they tell you that’s how it is here
Save yourself the stress and money, AVOID Carolin is not fit for this property manager role. She only takes care of herself and the family members she hired to work here. They live in modern upgraded apartments meanwhile the rest of us cannot get simple repairs done. No one answers the phone, calls back or replies to emails. Read previous reviews and look elsewhere.
Nice rental apartments Enjoyed 4 years of staying in this apartments. I love the Swimming pool, Gym & Walking track facilities. Thanks to management for initiate the EV charging station.

Steer clear Living in this apartment complex was a regrettable decision. The management was incompetent, with constant turnover leading to confusion and unresolved issues. Maintenance requests were ignored or poorly executed, leaving residents to deal with malfunctioning appliances and plumbing problems. The noise levels were intolerable, with thin walls offering no reprieve from the constant disturbances of neighbors.
