Really convenient “long hotel” They require a security deposit and everything comes in the apartment furniture, cookware, WiFi, bedding. It’s a little spendy, but my main problem is they didn’t return my security deposit when I checked out.
It is a quiet, clean and well-kept place, it has everything you need to be comfortable, if you need help with some maintenance, they are always available. 👍🏻 Es un lugar tranquilo, limpio y bien cuidado, tiene lo necesario para estar cómodo, si necesitas ayuda con algo de mantenimiento, ellos estan siempre disponibles.👍🏻
Don't recommend this place to anyone me and my boyfriend moved out on our own because we saw two cockroaches in the apartment. The head guy promised us that they do pest all the time and that the HVAC units in the back but in fact he was lying our heat broke and he messaged him constantly would NEVER answer the only time he amswered was for his money. The first full day we were living there my boyfriend got a call from the guy telling him to come home immediately or he will forcefully kick us out because our dogs were barkin... read more
I don't recommend this apartment to you. Once your contract is over, they didn't want to refund your deposit. After 5 months contract ended they still have the deposit.
