Not being defensive at all, Mr. programmer, sorry I touched a nerve. I was only pointing out the facts. The boat was not in our shop for 5 weeks, your bank took way too long to send the check and told me so on the phone. I have the name of the person I spoke with, who said to me: “We’re weeks behind, are you guys that busy too?” I hope you understand more about programming than you do about banking. Jim always takes care of our needs. Comfortable atmosphere, helpful.
We love it there. Always plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a great family atmosphere.
Brooks was great to work with and he put us in the pontoon boat of our dreams. Love the marina! Jim and the gang are very helpful and are always willing to give us first time boat owners a helping hand in and out of our dock!
If only there were less than 1 star!!! Our boat wouldn't start, we called Brookfield Bay Marina and they told us "try to flag someone down" and hung up. The guys from Gerard's came out and tried to fix the issue before, inevitably towing us back to our launch.
Grrat bunch of people at BBM. They got me exactly what I wanted and they made it happen fast. I would highly reccomend this place.
