Great location, and beautiful new renovations!
As others have said, MAJOR roach problem. Ants as well. decent place if you are looking for something on the cheaper side, but of course that has its downsides. Renovations being made early in the morning, till very late, and the workers tend to be very disrespectful. Have turned in my maintenance sheet about two months ago with NO maintenance being done, yet renovating is going on just fine for other apartments. (no working heat, window cover broken allow ants to get in). Would not recommend.
First I’ll start with the good things which there aren’t much of. The people who work the front are incredibly sweet, especially Jessica. They’re always responsive and incredibly friendly and understanding. Now the bad and oh boy, is it bad. The owners don’t care about the people who live here. I lived here for 2 years and the first year and a half was wonderful. Never had bugs, it was quiet, rent was cheap. Then the management company decided to completely renovate the apartment building without any notice to the residents.... read more
