Corinne Fanelli, Community Manager, showed me around the property. Corinne was fantastic, outgoing, friendly, informative. She truly exemplified the Brookfield team. If I was going to rent an apartment I’d definitely do so because the apartments and property are well kept. Corinne definitely would have made my decision towards renting a place if it were an option for me. Thank you.
Living at Brookfield is a great place to be. The location is quiet it has great neighbors and it's a great neighborhood and it has spacious apartments... But for the prices of the rents charged the apartments do need upgrading and remodeling basically the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. Carpet is nice but the spueaky floors needs to be addressed in the second level apartments. I have lived here for about 8ish months. I have had nothing but good experiences. CORINNE in the office is amazing, she's so sweet, and helpful, she always has little treats for everyone and their pets! <3 You can tell she really tries her best and is very competent. The one issue we did have was with parking. We came to find out that residents were letting non residents park their cars at the apartments and thus we lacked space.
