BSM is the best skilled facility in Nebraska. Every single person truly cares about their residents. They took the time to get to know my mom and adapted to some of her idiosyncrasies :). Everyone was very skillful, detail oriented, and professional. My mom especially enjoyed Justin and the clean fun joking they’d exchange. Excellent way to get skilled nursing care after quick discharge from the hospital after major surgery and not being independent before going home expecting your family to suddenly become skilled nurses. Medicare pays for it.

The nursing care staff was fantastic. The food was very good. The activities really helped pass the time and I enjoyed meeting other residents. I felt the therapy did not do enough challenging or variety of things to get me better. Mat exercises in supine would have worked me harder than sitting in the chair, even when my Dr. ordered specific exercises to strengthen my leg, they were not followed.
