Reception staff are rude, to patients and other professionals. Useless, no help, or empathy. Anything is too much trouble. Scandal it's still open.
Waited an hour on hold and the doctor hung up on me . Absolute joke

So far the staff have been wonderful! I think some changes must have taken place since the majority of the reviews were written.
