Another leak over the weekend all shoes wet they are very nasty don’t rent from them you will have a leaky stinky apartment. This is the six leak I’ve had they never fix the leaks.

I have a major water leak it took me 4 tries to get on call maintenance and 46 minutes later he hung up on me and I been waiting 6 months for a microwave handle they just keep lieing about it even the manger. I have never been late with my rent at all. All maintenance does is stay in office with the manger.

Have lived in this apartment for 3 years. Had my first maintenance issue today. Could not be more pleased with the response! Within 10 minutes of reporting the issue Stan and Blake arrived, understood exactly what needed to be done and completed the repair. All total, within one hour of reporting, my issue was resolved. Stan and Blake were friendly, professional and kind. Just one more reason why I choose to call Brooke's Edge my home.

Drove thru Des Moines looking for a place to live as we are relocating in January. We stopped by the office and we were greeted by Yvette and Yesi. They showed us around the community and apartments. They made us feel so welcome. The apartments are spacious and great for our situation. We like that the rooms are on separate ends of the apartment and not next to each other. The bathrooms are large and they all have washer/dryer hookups.Highly Recommend

Living at Vance Station for over a year and very pleased with the cleanliness of the grounds and are especially thankful to Mike in Maintenence. He's quick to respond to requests and we are so lucky to have his help.

The sad fact is that the rating here could be higher, as the individual units aren't that bad. The biggest problem is the INEPT and BIASED management that not only cannot get things done, such as controlling the garbage, the mold, the bad plumbing, and the criminal element (and there is plenty to be had at this complex), but also boldfaced LIE about their OWN illegal practices. The so called manager has no CLUE as to how to run a property, much less have any idea what is and is not legal to charge a resident or how to stick ... read more
