Very professional. I had two very sick dogs that lefts mess on our carpets downstairs. I could not get the stains out. They did a treatment and then cleaned the carpets. The carpets look brand new and there is no odor.
We have used other carpet cleaners over the years and after a referral from a neighbor called Brookes Chem Dry. We will never call anyone else! Our carpets look new! We have a rescue dog who has had some accidents and he used a black light to find them and treat the areas! The gentleman was extremely professional and thorough! I can’t say enough good things!!
