After 12+ years of various roommates, spills, cats, stains of unknown origins, and general wear and tear, we thought our carpet was unsalvageable. We decided to try carpet cleaning before spending a small boatload of money on new flooring, and we’re glad we did. Kenny is a carpet cleaning wizard. I have light colored carpets which had not been cleaned in 11 years. Bryan was able to remove all stains, including the high traffic areas and specific spills. He even Scotch Guarded the entryway and the trail between the refrigerator and the television. I had removed decorative items and small furniture and Bryan moved the medium size pieces around for me (he cleaned around large furniture like beds.) I am very pleased with the result, my neighbor says the carpets look just like new.

We have had Brookes Chem Dry out a couple of times now to clean our carpets. Very courteous and professional. They get the job done quickly and with excellent results. We have several pets and Brookes Chem Dry is the best at getting out that hair and odor, leaving our carpets looking picture perfect. I would highly recommend them.

I called ChemDry because they came recommended by the representative at Protect-A-Bed. I'm definitely glad I did. They sent a very knowledgeable technician by the name of Kenny. He was very personable and obviously very skilled at what he does. My daughter had an accident one night in our bed and it was almost 2 weeks before we got it cleaned. Amazingly, Kenny was able to completely remove the stain and smell from the mattress. I recommend these folks to anybody. Make sure you ask for Kenny!
