Horrible Service Dept: Unfortunately there is not a option to rate this dealership with 1/2 a star. We had broke down near this dealership and had our truck towed there on a Sunday. Monday morning we got the joy of meeting Adam in service and not only was he rude to our guys but unbearable to talk to on the phone. I do know in the future I would rather tow my truck 50 miles either direction so we would never have to use this service dept ever again. Brooker Ford (including originally Burnette Ford) has been in Dalton for many, many years. So, that fact alone speaks volumes for the company especially in the economy we are in today. Jeff Allen is a sales person there and is a 'good' southern gentleman. He is easy to deal with and will treat you fairly.
I went to this dealership for the last time. I have had a problem with a salesman several years back (arnold) because of smart remarks and trying to pre-qualify everyone before taking their credit application. this must be a regular thing for this dealership . The brookers dont know the buisiness they have lost on just my business alone!
