Very professional and friendly. Hardwood floor refinishing is a dusty job. They carefully vacuumed at the end of every day and it was a surprisingly clean project. They did 6 rooms and they all look better than ever. I highly recommend Brookens.

Had Brookens restore the floors in my living and dining rooms. They were pretty rough when I bought the place, no idea how long since they’d been treated. Aaron was very efficient and did a beautiful job. I asked him to try and match the original stain as best he could and I think he did great. He also answered all my weird questions. Thanks :)
Ross was a complete professional. Quality is exactly what we wanted; a worthy expense, especially on such old floors (100+ years). Ross conveyed his knowledge of countless aspects of the process to make sure we were comfortable with every single step. His flexibility when we changed our minds was greatly appreciated. My only complaint would be that he teased me with quite a few future projects that could beautify the house even more!
