From Alex Grahn, Sales to Alex Ott, Project Manager, the service was great! They communicated with you and when uncertain checked in again. Their office support staff, Bella and Ashley, were great at letting you know what to expect and how to get ready for the roof replacement. The roof crew were experienced, and respected my house and landscaping. They were efficient and worked very safely. All personnel cared that I was satisfied with the result. You can’t go wrong with Brookens Construction.
Brookens just finished a complete roof tear-off and new roof installation plus gutter guards at our home. Their operation runs like a well-oiled machine! Brookens replaced our roof yesterday and will be replacing our gutters next week. Great experience so far! Our field rep, Peter, was easy to work with and helped us choose the right roof for us. Our project manager, Phil, was also great to work with. He communicated well and made sure I understood that I can reach out with any further questions. The crew that replaced the roof finished the job in one day and did a great job cleaning up when they finished.
As unnerving as it is to watch twelve roofers walking on my roof, tossing asphalt debris into a dumpster, and replacing wood as needed, I had nothing to worry about!
