Moving out of state and buying a home remotely is always a challenge but Brooke made the whole process seamless. Brooke helped me arrange all the inspection reports and contractors and was there to greet them. She is super knowledgeable about the area (the house was located in the historic district of Opelika) and also was a HUGE resource for contractors, plumber, and painters to help update the house which being from out of town was invaluable. I will definitely use her again for any real estate transactions in the area!

My husband and I had our home on and off of the market for several years with other realtors. We had given up hope of selling it in til we met Brooke. She was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. She walked us through every step of the selling process and had our home sold within a month. Her work ethic is like no other! She was also there with us in the building of our current home. We could never express how grateful we were to have her on our side! She is absolutely amazing at what she does!
