Dr. Lozwelo Nyathi is an exceptional GP. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and takes the time to truly listen and understand. I always feel heard, respected, and supported in her care. Her clinical skills are excellent, and she combines professionalism with genuine empathy. She’s gone above and beyond to help me with my health, and I feel very grateful to have found such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Highly recommend!

My husband had to wait 1.5 hours this morning with our 2 small kids to see the Doctor. He checked in with reception every 30 mins and when a receptionist finally went to check with the Dr, he came immediately out. What was surprising, was the lack of apology from anyone. We absolutely love the nursing station however we haven’t had great experiences seeing Doctors. Neal street has always run relatively on time.

Appalling service, trying to get through on the phone is almost impossible and when they do answer the staff are rude. No email contact available, everything route to a phone number that isn't serviced. Need more GP practices in town for healthy competition.

As a visitor to Woodend from the US, I was very thankful for the kindness and care I received today at Brooke Street Medical Center. The clinic is excellent and the physician was very helpful.
